SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with an order confirmation number. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a 2nd email containing your door-to-door tracking number. Following this, please allow up to approximately 14 business days for your order to arrive.
COVID-19 Update: We have adjusted our usual shipping times to 10-20 business days in response to current events that MAY delay shipping times. If you have not received your order after 20 business days, please reach out to a member of our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
March 20, 2020. Postal systems in the UK, USA, and Canada are operating with minor disruptions. We have suspended shipments to Italy and Spain at this time.
March 24, 2020. We have temporarily suspended all international shipments and will only be shipping to the United States until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. All international orders that have been placed up to this point have shipped. Pink Mango looks forward to resuming international shipments as soon as possible.
NOTE: In order to bring you the most sought after designs, we hand select our products from various artisans around the globe. This may result in your order arriving in more than one shipment. When that occurs, each package will have its own tracking information.
Please double check all shipping information before submitting your order. Your order will be delayed if we have to contact you to update incorrect information.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice may be left by the postal service advising where your delivery can be collected.
We will not re-ship packages returned for wrong or incomplete addresses and customer unavailability.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Pink Mango does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
A small percentage of the orders we ship may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Pink Mango cannot control these costs and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package, so you will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance if they apply. Customs’ policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
