ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t receive this email right away, please check your spam folder. If you have a gmail account, our emails often show up in the “promotions” folder. Feel free to reach out to us at support@pinkmango.love if you are having difficulty locating your order confirmation.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number included.
ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION
USA Orders:
All USA orders are shipped from locations within the United States. Most orders ship from our main facility in Indianapolis, Indiana via USPS First Class Mail. Though most orders deliver within a week, we ask that you allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive (as USPS sometimes experiences delays that are beyond our control). If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please contact us at support@pinkmango.love.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
For orders shipping to locations outside of the USA, a small percentage of these orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Pink Mango cannot control these costs and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package, so you will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance if they apply. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
