We trust that you will be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept a return within 14 days from your receipt of the merchandise. At your request, we will:
Replace or exchange the merchandise, or the item can be returned to us and we will credit the purchase price to your credit card or PayPal account (once the returned items have been received). Shipping charges and any related import/duty charges are non-refundable.
Please note: clothing items such as Graphic Tees, Tanks, and Hoodies can only be returned or exchanged if the item is still sealed in its plastic bag (and, thus, is unworn).
Any items that have been customized (or otherwise made upon special request) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the packaging and all contents, and contact us as soon as possible for assistance. Additionally, please take a photo of the damaged item, so that we can assist you more efficiently.
If you would like to return merchandise (within 14 days of receipt), please send an email to email@example.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA). In the message, please include your name, date of purchase, and a brief description of the reason for return. List "Return" in the subject line. Please note that you are responsible for any return shipping charges. You will receive notification once we have received the item and the purchase price of the item will be refunded to your credit card.
